Rob Meeh

Graduated from Webster University in 2011 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Management. First started in the HVAC industry in 2011, beginning his apprenticeship at Sheet Metal workers Local 36 at that time. Worked in the field until beginning estimating and project managing in 2012 and is still in the same role today. Handles plan/spec projects, design build projects, and KoolDuct applications and design.


Bill Meeh

Has been in the HVAC industry since 1982, first starting as a Local 36 sheet metal apprentice. From 1982-1985 worked as a sheet metal apprentice on both HVAC projects with RF Meeh and installing toilet partitions for MJ Products. Afterwards, Bill ran jobs as a foreman from 1986-1988. In 1988 became an estimator and project manager and is still in those roles today. RF Meeh is very involved in SMACNA-St. Louis and Bill currently sits as the chapter president. In addition to being the chapter president he is also the National SMACNA chairman for phenolic duct construction standards.


Bob Meeh

Bob has been in the HVAC industry more than 35 years. He first started as a local 36 sheet metal worker, going through the apprenticeship program, then moved into the office to begin estimating and project management. In Bob's role as President he oversees all strategic direction of the company. Additionallyhe still manages the design build process and projects as well as KoolDuct/Thermaduct design and installation applications.


Jim Pickens

Jim began his career in the heating and cooling industry in the 70’s after receiving training for the Power Pack for the Mobile Auxiliary Surgical Hospitals. The Power Pack would inflate the hospital then provide heating and cooling and electrical service. Jim started working at RF Meeh in 2007 and is the light commercial and residential service manager. Whether it is a clean and check, a repair, or a new installation, Jim and the rest of the service department can handle your light commercial or residential HVAC needs.


George Reinheimer

George started in the HVAC industry in 1977, and started with R.F. Meeh in April of 2020. With over 44 years of experience and knowledge, George has a vast understanding of all mechanical systems. At R.F. Meeh George is the director of the design-build division and works with owners and general contractors on bidding and budgeting for projects.


Chris Reinheimer

Chris started in the HVAC industry in 2006, and started with R.F. Meeh in April of 2020. Chris began his career as an estimator, then moved to a draftsman, and finally a project manager. At R.F. Meeh Chris is responsible for a variety of tasks including estimating, project management, and CAD work.


Kyle Meeh

Kyle graduated from St. Mary’s University in 2020 with a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing. Kyle began working in the field as a sheet metal apprentice shortly after that, and moved into the office in the winter of 2021. Kyle is responsible for estimating and project management of plan and spec projects.


Matt Williams

First started at RF Meeh as an apprentice in 1989 and became the shop foreman in 2000. With Matt’s leadership the quality of the sheet metal fabrication at RF Meeh is at the top in the industry. Matt also leads the KoolDuct and Thermaduct fabrication. Matt can help with any fabrication needs or questions.


Frank Anthony

Beginning his career in 2001, until 2022 Frank served his career as a Sheet Metal Worker with Local 268. From 2012-2019 Frank worked as a Foreman heading many large projects for a mechanical contractor in Illinois. In 2019 he then moved into management for them where he oversaw labor, fabrication, and installation of all sheet metal scope projects. Frank joined the RF Meeh team in September 2022 where his role now includes project management and estimation.
